Kurlew are a 6 piece band from across Dumfries and Galloway in Scotland, UK. Coming together in 2024, they have an upbeat folky country sound – lots of harmonies and infectious energy. They were well received at the Kirkcudbright Fringe and Moniaive Bluegrass Picking Festivals and ended the year with a sold out show in Dumfries. Their first single, Quite The Catch, is out now on all the usual platforms. With a growing following and more original music on the way, 2025 is shaping up nicely – gigs throughout the borders, from Berwick to Cockermouth to Moniaive, and the band are having a blast.
